Termination of the ES model
Our Dear Customers,
In 1991 we released the VOLUTE™ Dewatering Press to the world- this was ground breaking technology and was the first technology to be able to dewater a low-concentrated sludge directly from oxidization ditches or aeration tanks. Since that time, we have gone on to install over 3100 units in more than 70 countries.
To allow VOLUTE™ to stay competitive we have constantly been researching, developing and refining our unique process and we are incredibly proud to officially unveil the latest evolution of the VOLUTE™ dewatering press. The GS model
There are many changes to the latest model with two of the biggest being the inclusion of the thickening flocculation unit and increased performance of the cylinder, as per your requirements we will produce all our units with your exact specifications.
Therefore the time is right for us to now retire the ES model from service, this will happen on the 30th October 2017. Please also note that any and all spare parts for ES will be available as our customers require them. We will of course fulfil any projects that are quoted prior to the 30th October 2017 and are in your pipeline where the customer does not want to change over to the GS model.
GS is a very exciting step forward and one that will continue to keep VOLUTE™ at the forefront of primary treatment and sludge dewatering. With its increased throughput of around 50% your customers will be able to dewater more sludge for less machine.
