Mobile Dewatering Unit

The mobile dewatering solution is popular with operators who manage several WWTPs and have sludge tanks with sufficient capacity, allowing them to move from one WWTP to another and continuously dewater sludge at all their WWTPs. The mobile unit contains everything you need. Just connect to the sludge tank, the rinse water source, and electricity and you are ready to dewater. As with the permanent installation of VOLUTE™ dewatering presses, the mobile unit does not require supervision and the presence of an operator.

Setting up the mobile dewatering unit takes only a few minutes. The trailer is fully equipped with everything needed: the dewatering press, flocculation tank, sludge pump, flow meters, polymer preparation equipment, control panel, and either a dewatered sludge pump or screw conveyor. Autonomous operation, including control and protection of all equipment, is standard.

After a free sample analysis, we will send you a report stating the expected amount of chemicals to be dosed, dry solids content of the dewatered cake, recommended technology, etc. Upon request, a pilot test can be performed at your wastewater treatment plant to further validate this data and let you experience the user-friendliness and reliability of our equipment. Based on your requests, we will then prepare a tailored solution proposal for a VOLUTE™ and ancillary equipment. Before handover of the equipment, our service engineer will commission the unit on site and train the local operators to ensure the optimal result for you.
