Our Commitment to Quality

Our commitment to quality has never changed.
We aim to create products that are truly customer-oriented.

We have developed the VOLUTE™ Dewatering Press (the multidisc type of screw press), a breakthrough achievement in the industry. Our strength lies in the fact that we not only design and manufacture sludge dewatering presses and thickeners but have also gained hands-on experience as end users. This unique perspective allows us to deeply understand the challenges our customers face with daily sludge management, enabling us to provide tailored solutions that truly meet their needs.

We remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality from our customers’ point of view, continuing our dedication to “monozukuri” (craftsmanship) to deliver products that consistently exceed their expectations.

Strict Quality Control Management

We ensure strict quality control through a system established in accordance with ISO9001 certification, which we obtained in 2001.
For example, the ring-shaped parts used in large quantities across all sludge dewatering presses might seem straightforward to manufacture. However, due to the potential for burrs and distortions that machines alone cannot fully eliminate, each part undergoes thorough inspection and is hand-finished. This reflects our attention to detail in manufacturing.

Throughout the machine assembly process, we carry out over 300 inspections. These range from incoming inspections of procured parts, to intermediate checks during assembly, piping, and wiring, and comprehensive final inspections once assembly is complete. Only products that pass all these checks are approved for shipment.

To further improve the reliability of inspections, we periodically review our methods and procedures, while also developing specialized tools and jigs. This allows us to maintain a detailed and reliable inspection system with no loose ends.

After-sales Service as a Part of Product Quality

While our machines are designed with an emphasis on safety, performance, and maintainability to ensure long-term use, they are not entirely maintenance-free. Regular upkeep and parts replacement are necessary.

Additionally, since these machines handle wastewater or sludge—both of which can vary significantly in composition—there is no universal design that fits all situations. The machine’s operational settings need to be adjusted to the specific conditions on-site, and in some cases, customization may be required even after delivery. Our support doesn’t end with the sale; our skilled service engineers conduct maintenance, assess on-site conditions, and work with the customer to find the best solutions.

With decades of experience in sludge dewatering and hands-on maintenance alongside our customers, we are uniquely positioned to offer comprehensive after-sales support.
