How to get a Free Sludge Sample Analysis

1. Consultation and Application

First, we need to know some details about your WWTP, your sludge, and most importantly, your needs and expectations. Please use this form to let us know. We will explain how to send the sludge samples to us.

2. Shipping of Sludge Sample

Please send us 2 to 5 litres of sludge. Ensure that the canisters are well sealed to prevent sludge leakage or damage during transport. Label the canisters carefully so that they can be easily identified. If you will be sending multiple samples, label each one separately.

We will conduct tests on the sludge samples you sent. This process takes a few days.

After analysis, we will send you a detailed report. The report will provide clear information on what sludge dewatering with our technology can achieve. We can also calculate the return on investment of the VOLUTE™ dewatering press and compare it with your current technology.
