CHEM.ENGI the Chemical Supplier Merges with AMCON

AMCON Europe s.r.o. is pleased to announce that the company CHEM.ENGI has entered into a definitive merger agreement with its parent company AMCON Europe s.r.o. Consequently, the legal existence of CHEM.ENGI entity terminates on 31. 12. 2021.

We strongly believe that this merger act will further strengthen the position of AMCON Europe s.r.o. in the market. The combination of AMCON´s sludge dewatering equipment and services with CHEM.ENGI´s high quality chemical products YESfloc, provides our customers with an advantageous solution to their wastewater treatment management.
